Founded in Spring 2025, Folly publishes long-form essays, fiction, cultural criticism, and analysis. We aim to build a place at Oxford to provide space and time to think creatively and always critically. We publish termly.

Submissions and pitches are accepted year-round. We seek to publish sharp analyses of global politics; wide-ranging and curious criticism; interviews with thinkers and writers; surreal, erudite fiction; translated and original poetry; and work that teases apart the conjuncture.
